Problem: Craft Studio, a privately held chain of American arts and crafts stores, has tracked an increase in product returns associated with trending art classes offered within store locations.
Solution: This module is one of a series of courses covering each trending art class. Employees will complete this course in order to gain basic knowledge of products, skills, and practice making product recommendations to customers in a scenario-based interaction.

Resource Technique
Problem: The Forest Museum must train interns and new employees on a rolling basis to interact with public guests exhibiting challenging behavior while visiting the museum.
Solution: This course is designed for interns and new employees to learn an effective technique that positively deals with visitor behavior while still achieving the mission-relation objectives of the museum.

Bloodborne Pathogens at Heartwood Timber
Problem: All employees at Heartwood Timber must be prepared in the event of a bloodborne exposure event. Inadequate training leaves individuals and their peers vulnerable to infections.
Solution: This course is designed for all employees, including new those in the onboarding process, to complete on an annual basis at their own pace and schedule.
